Office of Enrollment Management
The Office of Enrollment Management provides the highest quality of administrative service related to student admission, registration, and graduation for the University of Mississippi Medical Center and the:
- School of Dentistry
- School of Graduate Studies in the Health Sciences
- School of Health Related Professions
- School of Medicine
- School of Nursing, and
- John D. Bower School of Population Health.
Admissions
The Office of Enrollment Management is often the first point of contact for individuals interested in pursuing a health science or health care career via admissions. Admissions counselors process all applications for admission and work closely with each school and academic program to facilitate admissions processes.
Applications may be submitted beginning July 1 of each year. Submit an application and view upcoming recruitment events for UMMC through Workday.
Registrar
The Registrar maintains the permanent records relative to the academic progress of all matriculated students.
Academic records and documents that pertain to the progress of matriculated students and post-graduate trainees will be maintained throughout trainees’ professional careers into perpetuity following best practices established by the professional organizations the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and Southern Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (SACRAO), and is committed to fruitful collaboration with all appropriate parties to provide accurate statistical reporting of admissions, enrollment, and graduation.
